TechCenter / Application Technology
Our TechCenter in Haiger covers an area of approx. 1.000 m², equipped with state-of-the-art machining centers. In this area everything is focused on our individual customer service!
Our department “Application Technology” not only tests own products but above all carries out services with regard to component design and project support. Moreover, all of our workshops and seminars, whether in our company or elsewhere – are planned and carried out in our TechCenter.
Our staff members have profound knowledge in all areas of machining, which offers our customers optimum technical support.
Ingersoll considers this customer support as important. It is our goal to have a long-term cooperation with our customers and to be successful together.
You can also use the know-how of our application technicians in order to increase your productivity. Our team will gladly support you on a long-term basis to ensure your competitiveness in today’s fast-paced market.
Our application technicians are always up to date about what happens in the market. By cultivating numerous partnerships in the machining, industry it is possible for our colleagues to give advisory support for example for the selection of appropriate clamping devices or coolant to suit the individual machining situation.
No matter, whether you would like to have a consultation or a detailed component design including CAM-programming and time study or if only an individual process sequence should be carried out: Ingersoll considers your machining process always as a whole, because besides a good tooling system there are certainly further important influencing factors which need to be calculated and taken into consideration.
